Jacob Chance is an author that I definitely can count on to deliver a story that will have me completely immersed into the characters story. I loved his Boston Terriers Football series and I was thrilled to now get the hockey teams story and boy if this book is any indication of what lies ahead then I won't be missing any of these as well. The push and pull between Clancy and Tenley, the uncertainty, angst, friendship, heartache, lack of communication of wants, needs, desires, the growth of their relationship and so much more had me from page one!!!
These two have been attracted to each other for a long time. They finally cave one night never expecting their lives to take a twist like it is about to. Both wanted to see each other more but now they have to become friends in order to make everything work but what happens when they grow to care more than just friends would? This was a really enjoyable read and my anticipation for the other hockey players has built as well.
This is definitely another series by Jacob that you don't want to miss out on!! I am eagerly awaiting the next in the series!
