I was introduced to the Blue Beech series and to Charity when I read Just Exes which is book three in this series and from there I just HAD to have the others in this series. I have now read all of them and this series has become one of my favorites. If I could have I would have binge read the crap out of this series but wasn’t able to but better believe I have devoured them all now. With that being said this is a series of standalones so if you have never been introduced to this series before this one you will still LOVE this book without reading the others first.
This book is about two characters who are complete opposites. Each went to the same high school but while one was rich the other was from "the other side of the tracks". Misunderstandings, lies, heartbreak, deceit and so much more adds up and one ends up hating the other since high school while the other one has always wished things were different. Determined to get what they want one sets out to do just that and truths are revealed. Life is about to get complicated in more than the romance department when everything is revealed.
Will they be able to come back from the secrets and lies? What is behind all the hate? What devastation lies ahead?
This book is funny, sweet, hot, sexy, heartbreaking and about overcoming hurdles and hardships. It was one that I am so glad that I chose to read and can't wait for more from Blue Beech and Charity!!
