Two best friends who lost touch years ago who are reunited. Things happened in Maya's life that caused her to have to move away and she felt that her friendship would no longer be welcome. Jump ahead and she is back to her hometown and she caves and reconnects.
After a bit of awkwardness things get back to the way they were and its like they haven't lost time. They can be themselves around each other except now it seems that there is an undeniable attraction. Things get complicated and out of it all a great story is delivered.
T. Gephart does a wonderful job delivering a book that will have your emotions invested into her story with some comedy as well. I couldn't put this book down. Their story isn't all sunshine and rainbows. There is going to be hurdles to jump and misunderstandings, secrets and some big problems that may put their happy ending in jeopardy.
This book is definitely one that I would recommend. I was hooked and couldn't put it down. T. Gephart is an author that I don't want to ever miss out on one of her books!
