The Montgomery Ink saga continues with a new
series set in Boulder, where a family secret might just change everything.
One mistake at a friend’s wedding rocks Liam
Montgomery’s entire world, and everything he thought was true turns out to be a
lie. When an accident lands him in the ER, Liam meets someone that might just
be the person he can hold onto when he thinks there’s no one else for him.
Arden Brady has spent her life in and out of
hospitals. But according to the world, she doesn’t look sick. She’s lost jobs
and friends because they don’t see beneath the surface, but she’s learned to
rely on her family and herself to keep going. And then she meets Liam.
The Montgomerys pull together and want to help
both Liam and Arden as they each navigate their way through their new
relationship, but they will have to look past what they thought was real in
order to find what’s actually worth fighting for in the end.

Wrapped in Ink by Carrie Ann Ryan
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
What a beautiful way to start the Boulder crew. I loved both Arden and Liam and their families. What a wonderful thing to have such supportive families even though they can be so overprotective and overbearing. They are there for each other when needed and that is just what these two needed.
Everything Liam thought he knew is about to come crashing down after an incident at a wedding. Not only that but he is going to meet someone he doesn't realize will become so important. Arden has been dealing with nonstop crap for years and because of her illness it will never be cured. She never thought she'd find someone who could put up with it all but she meets Liam and though she has hopes she isn't eager to trust in his staying power.
I loved the journey that these two take. Not only do they need to learn to trust in each other but Liam has family issues he needs to work though and things within himself and Arden has things she needs to overcome as well. It was a wonderful story about an illness that many can never full understand or accept and a situation that is tough on many. Carrie Ann Ryan once again show why I can never pass up on one of her books!!! Can't wait for the rest of the siblings stories!!
