Synopsis

This is Angelo Dobbs’ worst nightmare. A good man lies dead, and with the Borderline Freaks MC’s president and founding member gone, the leadership position within the club falls to him.

It’s not that he can’t manage the easy task of leading a group of good men; he would just have preferred to stay a little farther out of the spotlight. But when his brothers issue the call, he answers.

Carly Gibson, daughter of his dead friend, is an unexpected—but not unwelcome—complication for his new role. She’s the most intriguing woman he’s ever met, capable and filled with a strength of character. He finds himself instinctively drawn to her. Could he have found the woman meant to complete him, finally?

Over the past couple of years, Dobbs—Neptune to the men of the BFMC—has watched as his closest friends found their soulmates. Now, their women are an integral part of the club. When they and Carly are threatened, Neptune will do anything to ensure their safety—and, just maybe, his future.

Fourth and final book in the Borderline Freaks MC series.

Excerpts from Goodreads reviews

"Neptune and Carly’s story pulled me in from the get go! I enjoyed the characters and I’m so glad I got to read them. They are all so versatile and it just gives me all the feels!"

"Confession, I had to look up Valhalla, I'd not heard of it before reading this book. Another confession, I cried while reading this amazing story. A final confession, I'm sad this is the last book, it's been a beautiful and emotional ride with the Borderline Freaks MC and I'm gonna miss them. "

"This book was emotional, full of action, full of heartbreak, full of so much happening all the time."

See You in Valhalla (Borderline Freaks MC, #4)

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Oh man I am so sad this series is over. These weren't long books but they were books that packed a punch and the last one was a knockout. I was an emotional mess with this book and I loved each and every teary moment.

I have grown to love the members with each book and we are introduced to the prez's daughter and boy what a lady she is. Angelo and Carly are just wonderful for each other and I loved see their love grow through their grief and see all the members coming together in their time of grief as well.

Wonderful and addicting series! You will love this series.

Author Bio

Raised in the south, MariaLisa learned about the magic of books at an early age. Every summer, she would spend hours in the local library, devouring books of every genre. Self-described as a book-a-holic, she says “I’ve always loved to read, but then I discovered writing, and found I adored that, too. For reading … if nothing else is available, I’ve been known to read the back of the cereal box.”

A hockey fan, hiker, gamer, and single mom of a special needs son, she embraces her inner geek and has been working in the tech field for a publishing company for a couple decades.

Music is a driving passion, and she says, “I love music of nearly any genre — jazz, country, rock, alt rock, metal, classical, bluegrass, rap, hip hop … you name it, I listen to it. I can often be seen dancing through the house in the early mornings. But I really, REALLY love live music. My favorite thing with music is seeing bands in small, dive bars [read: small, intimate venues]. If said bar [venue] has a good selection of premium tequila, then that’s a plus!”

Synopsis

Wolf found Rose harbored more secrets than expected, and the deeper he pulls her into his life, the more he likes it.

----
Once a man’s been embedded in the bloody aftermath of fight after fight, no relief in sight—he’s forever changed.

Wolf came home from overseas to find his world askew. Husband no longer, he and his ex had agreed before his last deployment that they were better friends than partners. His position as father was confusing and rewarding all in the same breath.

He’s got a lot on his plate personally, and even more with the Borderline Freaks and the challenges they’ve hit lately.

He just doesn’t have time to make room for a relationship.

Right?

What Others Are Saying
Excerpts from Goodreads reviews

"I adore the way the author writes her male heroes, she taps into their pain and their hearts in a way that I feel what they do. They have honor and integrity and they treat women as treasures. "

"No one writes mc or military crossovers like MariaLisa. This book once again touches this former military bears heart. This book has everything you want. An amazing love story, action, hot love scenes and the perfect ending. "

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I am falling harder and harder for these Borderline Freaks men and their ladies. They are badass men that fall for some truly awesome ladies and I can't get enough. The threat to the MC is building and I can't wait to get the last in this series.

Now usually I can't help but to fall in love with the male main character, in this one you are going to love Rose so much, maybe in faster and more than you will for Wolf. She is a badass in her own right and while its usually only the men who are the battle worn veterans this time she is too and getting her story is one that will break your heart as well.

This is a series you don't want to miss and I am thrilled to be reading each and every one. I can't wait for Neptune's story next and the conclusion to this series!!! I am eager to get it but I will miss this group of characters for sure.

Synopsis

“Thank you for your service” is what we’re taught to say to military men and women in gratitude for our freedoms won at their expense. Less often do we thank their families, those left behind to hold down the fort, to manage the day-to-day struggle of keeping everything up in the air until their loved one returns.

When you can’t count on anyone else to save you, there’s only one real choice.

Amanda lost her husband to war. Alex lost part of himself. Through a series of glancing encounters, Amanda and Alex find reasons to continue on. And together, they’ll discover hope and peace can be found in the most unexpected of places.

What Others Are Saying
Excerpts of Goodreads Reviews

“ My favorite thing about this author's writing is her ability to reach me through the pages in a way that I can see and hear the characters so clearly. Their emotions and voice inflections, their whispers and cries...everything. Every one of her stories gives me the feels, but this one made my chest ache practically from beginning to end...sigh.”

“ A touching story that is affecting, poignant, passionate and inspirational..”

“ You really feel for these characters. You understand their pain and long for them to surrender to the love that they can have together!”
